I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help couples who want to feel connected but are buried under arguments, silence, and mistrust.

I guide them through the (sometimes difficult but always rewarding) process of understanding the reasons for their disconnection so they can reconnect and rebuild trust in each other.

 

I know from working with clients who are struggling in their marriages and relationships that your hope for a secure, better future may be running on empty. I’d love to help you push through the fear of the unknown and rediscover closeness, laughter, and love.​​

I enjoy detailing my car, watching Duke basketball (especially when they beat up on UNC), and riding bike trails in the Raleigh area.
