Insurance & Coverage

Reconnect Couples Counseling is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. Your plan may cover therapy services in full or in part. You can contact BCBS and Aetna to verify how your plan covers the cost of couples therapy.

Consider asking the following questions to help determine your benefits...

  • Does my plan include mental health benefits?

  • Does my plan include telehealth benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?

  • If I have met my deductible, what will be my copay?

  • If I have not met my deductible, how much will I owe per session?

Out-of-Network

If your insurance is not with BCBS or Aetna, you can file out-of-network with your insurance provider.

  • You pay the private pay rate.

  • I provide you with the necessary documentation.

  • You seek reimbursement by filing with your insurance provider.
